Reverse Mentoring

At CBRE, we believe that we need to investigate in young potentials. To attract the young graduates, we have set up a management traineeship program which enables our young talents to experience several departments within 18 months. We also believe it is important to listen to their ideas, therefore we have introduced the Millennial Board; a room for discussion between colleagues under the age of 30.

Cross-Department Synergies

Creating Cross-department synergies is at the core of our business. A perfect example is the installation of our Private Wealth department which advises private clients on their real estate investment strategies. Another initiative is our integrated occupiers business model where the interaction between Workspace, Occupiers and Investor Leasing will lead to the best possible solution.

Swap & Share

Our people have the opportunity to participate in a Swap & Share program, an international one-week job ‘swap’ initiative across the EMEA region designed to increase opportunities for our people to gain international experience, and better support their careers and their clients. Key objectives are:

  • Build relationships and promote the development of ‘one team’ culture;
